Cancellations & Rebooking



We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the total service change minus any booking fee made to secure your reservation will be lost.

If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, we reserve the right to charge the full service cost.

We consider a “No-Show”, 15 Minutes or more late without contacting us first by Phone, SMS or Email. We will always attempt to contact you by SMS should you not arrive on time and we will explain our No-Show Policy in this message.

As a guest of our spa, you have the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the scheduled appointment time.

You are also entitled to a refund for any products that you have purchased from our spa if they are faulty or damaged, as long as they are returned to us within 7 days and in their original condition.

However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.

We encourage you to choose carefully and make informed decisions when purchasing products from our spa.

If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any booking fee paid.

Please note that our cancellation and product refund policy is designed to be fair and reasonable according to Australian Consumer Law, and we reserve the right to modify or update it at any time.
